Every world has a currency

COSMIC is our token. At launch, the main purpose of the token is to utilize tax revenue to fund our gamer rewards and support future development and marketing efforts. In the future, we plan to experimentally use it as an in-game currency once we start releasing multiplayer experiences.

The Taxes

The tax rate will vary over time but will not exceed 5/5. We need to maintain at least a 1% tax to fund the gamer reward vault. However, we intend to gradually reduce the tax rate over time to reach this one percent threshold once the volume reaches a certain point where we can offer exciting play-to-earn opportunities.
